^story of my life :D

lol since day one...c-section..to falling down wooden stairs...to tea party incidents...to stitches..to spider bites...to 12 emergency room visits! my life is woah!! but the most woah thing is...im updating in a timely fashion! what now!

you can put that in your dunderfunk and smoke it

*steeples fingers* it appears that tj has ruthlessly sabotaged my tbn account....how did he do this atrocious crime you ask? How can we aid you in your justified quest for retaliation you ask? well, ill tell ya

1. He changed all my pm's so they look unopened...and most of them are now titled "spam"

2. He then messed up tbn as a whole..sometimes not being able to send pms...sometimes not being able to see my posts....sometimes changing the font size to who knows how big :P

3. ...i actually have no idea what you can do.....other than offer moral support and comments?

lol but tbn doesn't really deserver the top of my xanga...my easter weekend should...its sad when you think about it really. I know how much more important easter is than pretty much anything else in my life...but my communication getting cut off from my friends has a bigger impact on me...lame! I think this shows a serious deficiency somewhere...or maybe its the deficiency we're born with, either way i don't like it.

How were all of your easter's, we had a great service...it was just one of those days...when its really hard to feel anything...maybe you guys don't have that and im a cruel callous individual :P ahh this makes me remember the verse about the heart of stone and the heart of flesh...

oh! kt is back from haiti! *sings the song* kt's back from haaaiti *uh* yeah she's back from haaaiti *hoo wah* lol do the hula with me! AMAZING phone convos are back :D not that i don't have amazing phone convos without her..but not in a kt sort of way :D

i feel lame...as seth would say "you wet blanket" :P i've missed so many events...starting with andrea's bday...then dancing lessons..and skateville(i would have gone if i had known who was coming :P) and now i can't watch Phantom of the Opera on saturday.

It just hit me how blessed i am to have so many friends who are on fire for God! It helps me so much..just little things...like titles on xangas or something they'll say and ill think "woah..that's right!" thanks for keeping it all in perspective!

hopefully ill be feeling less contemplative and give you guys something more entertaining next time :D

Hey everyone! i haven't really updated since...who knows. Mike says he can't get on my xanga because of the music...so off it goes *sniff* i liked my fireflight song! and not just because it was a woman lead singer...

My sisters had a joint family bday party and it was pretty good. We have an..interesting family, but that's a whole different subject. :D My gosh i love mint chocolate chip ice cream *is about to make a comment comparing women to ice cream* hm, actually i don't think i can pull that one off. And sometimes women read these posts..and it would just be plain weird to read something like that when you're a girl! *stops and reflects on the utter randomness of it all* oh yeah! i watched the old willie wonka movie! I LOVED it! so many great lines!

I'm on half spring break this week! which in essence means...i take just as long to do school because i procrastinate more with the small amount of work i have...but i've gotten a lot of piano done! I'm starting to be able to play songs with a lot of "feeling." Its *stolen kt quote* "way much fun."

augh! kt is gone in haiti! all those who miss her must... use a semi colon in their responses :D

What do you do when God's command to love everyone comes up against someone seemingly manipulative and a filthy liar?? How can you love and not get taken advantage of? How much are we required to sacrifice in a situation like that? Is there such a thing as "smart" love? ack...thoughts on this would be nice :D

On a brighter serious note, i read something that i thought rang very true. Something along the lines of "The measure of a man is in what he loves." This is so true! If a person loves noble and worthy things he is more likely to become noble and worthy! Conversely, if we take delight in base and petty things... doesn't that inspire you to love great things? and God most of all!? c'mon let's hear a hearty amen :D

argh that'll crush your sense of self worth :P luckily i had little to lose :D

The soccer game was actually a lot of fun! Mr Rust says we should be unable to run when we come off the field..i like it :D

Im officially going to mexico on a missions trip!!! i feel so sorry for mexico...mike, caleb p, and i are all going...on the same plane :P our pre trip plans have consisted of planning to journal our every insignificant move and throw orphans off cliffs...hmm

let's see...oh! for Singles Awareness Day (aka Valentine's Day) i...almost called a girl lol! but that's about the extent of my endeavours..blah i wanted to prank the nibbe's house with some other guys..but i was merely laughed at by my parents :(

I also got togo to the schmitt's house...but i missed the scavenger hunt...but since i was at the house before everyone else i managed to talk to the extremely awesome mr and mrs schmitt :D

Me: hmm is there anything i can do to help set up?

Mr S: why yes...come in here...and eat your food

lol :P While i was there i also managed to photocopy and steal every page of jasm..i mean hannah's pirates of the caribbean piano book...i mean "play" it :D

oh my goodness i have too many things to tell! ill post more later..remind me to talk about the matrix, basketball, and surprise albain visits at SH :D

once again i tread the dark and lonely path of xanga updation.....

lol! events happen in my life then i forget them...a rather sad way to live perhaps but fortunately i don't rememeber! so im happy :D

but i do remember some things!

I've been very unmotivated in doing my schoolwork...probably had something to do with realizing i was a week behind in chemistry..hum..luckily intense short term memory is one of the few skills in my possession...woot for memorizing polyatomic ion chart in the car!!

Our sunday school started a new book "when i don't desire God" its the followup to the original, so basically learning how to apply christian hedonism more effectively i think. I'm hoping that will be good.

AND! i ordered three piano books off the internet...Dead Man's Chest, Fiddler on the Roof, and Prince of Egypt.

oh man i love it so much! music is great! each of those books has at least one hauntingly beautiful piece...i hsould memorize something. Hmm i should steal Seth Johnson's piano books too...he's really good at memorizing he doesn't need them :D

For CLS basketball a bunch of us traveled to Mt Lake...jonah, caleb, dean, scott, matt, derek, paul, anni and the rest of the gang. Jake broke out the "connect four" game :P we had an amazing tournament! Jake of course, organizing the brackets, made sure that i played him first :P i made a fatal mistake two of the times we played, but or second game was a great battle...once it starts getting complicated i do better lol! but of course, derek won! (as he did last year) woot derek!

I did my homework during most of the first game ...and then we had our game...lol our locker room was the girls locker room with a "visitors room" taped to the door *rolls eyes* mitch and i were dubbed the "disruptors" because of our "unique" playing style...which means we have no talent but we run really fast :P We lost our game...but we played hard! we could have beaten them.... I then proceeded to do some more school while the girls varsity played for a while..then during the second half i came into the gym to find our bench (jonah, matt, caleb, luke and the rest) yelling intense cheers! I was immediately swept up in the moment of loyalty to our varisty women! I picked up half of the cardboard "d" that had been ripped in half and joined in :P Jonah had a great cheer...Tenacious!! D!!!!! Tenacious!! D!!!!! ah great times...Sink...THE...THREE! *swoosh* rachel sunk a three right after we said that :P We also cheered on the varsity guys...but with not as much enthusiasm...we lost all our games but had a great time! On the way back...jonah and sung for over an hour and a half...it ROCKeD! i fell asleep after three that night...

Yesterday, of course, was anni's party. While looking up directions to her house i almost got a criminal background check on mrs billman :P but it would have been 50 dollars...I arrived at anni's house right after pictures so i was already wearing semi-non-sloppy clothes, i wanted to change into a t shirt but the unanimous opinon of the people in the room was.."andrew for once in your life you look nice, leave it on" ouch :P

It was a great party! It was really interesting because everyone was dressed up

oops gotta go...but before i leave let me jsut say one thing...swing dancing with christie=*speechless*

and i can't dance worth beans :P

well i've come to expect that from the women..but danny!!??? *puts head in hands* danny we need to hang out more so you can remove yourself from these dangerous female influences. :D

ahhhh its good to be back online...i don't know why i stopped...oh yeah i was a lazy bum:P oh my gosh im too lazy to have fun!!!! that is the last straw...i gotta tough my laziness out...by playing video games

i still owe mrs nurkkala a latin test...

this isn't an actual update btw...just a stopgap method...which probably means the next one will be in year 2034 cya till then! :P

sorry for not updating! *thinks that over* is this like a public service announcement? do people suffer when they don't hear about me..that doesn't seem right...i haven't updated in a loong time! i don't even know where to start...ill just use stream of consciousness typing writing down what comes to mind and following it! don't get lost :D

Basketball!

so far (i'm on the jv team) we've had three games

1-2 but i feel confident that we can improve dramatically. I received a lovely bloody lip in the last game...lol it was really fun. *shakes hands with other team* *shakes hands with reffs* "thank you refs!" "oh are you all right?" a little guilt won't hurt em :D Had the privilege of watching the girl's varsity and guy's varsity. Kt came too! it was "way much fun."

argh i really wanted to go to basketball today..but i couldn't. but i did have a piano recital! everyone did christmas things. It was moderately enjoyable..i was the oldest kid playing there...so it makes you look better :D

while i was there(northwestern book store) i used the gift card danny and christy gave me! woot! now i have casting crown's "Lifesong" and sanctus real's "Face of Love" *cough* not that i'm listening to christian music! :D

i think we need another tbn party..mike sounded willing to put one on for us. everyone keep reminding him! mass pm attack! bwahaha!

oh i also got to see the BAC seventh grade girl's championship. My sister was playing and my dad was coaching. It was tense! rachel had a great drive into the lane for a shot! it was wonderful...the game went into overtime but the kuiper influenced team won!

saw anni's china pictures..they looked really exciting! that food looked downright dangerous...

almost went to see Eragon..but i was a little late to go..so i think the Neubauer's (sp?) are thinking about hosting one

*sigh* sometimes i don't think dean n. (from my bball team) likes me very much..maybe i annoy him, ah well

lol betsy silbernagel. kt. and i were discussing the possiblities of being homeless! it was so much fun

betsy: *looking in trash can* If i were homeless i would really enjoy that sandwich

its been wonderful carpooling with jonah selner all the time, he's an amazing kid...i still want to have a religious conversation with him.. but in the meantime ill borrow his awesome oldies cd's!!!

yep that's right, had my 16th birthday party. oh man so mannny people! then i realized i knew em all :D Some people illegally smuggled in presents..shame shame :P lol nylons...

We hung around the house waiting for people to arrive in the beginning, Snacks and baby pictures were readily available :P Seth Johnson from debate came..so i got to know him better!

We went outside and "played soccer." It was pretty dark and unorganized. oh my gosh Seth can make interesting sounds. My sister told me that some hotdogs were ready...so i told her to pick some people to come inside but she didn't like that idea *rolls eyes*

So we all trundled back inside. lol throughout the party kt was giving me tiny inside joke gifts..it was hilarious! Nylons...sour spray candy..."muffin" tins...a broom!...low calorie sprinkles! Hot dogs and many snacks were eaten...and cupcake incidents were instigated...allow me to explain the TRUE cupcake chronicles..lol that has a nice ring to it

It's kt's halloween party..im innocently sitting next to a couch watching a movie..hannah comes up "to talk to ben" who is above me on the couch. *k-splat-smoosh* blah cupcake in my face..but i took it like a man..knowing my time would come.

Now hannah is a wonderful person..but she's very unpredictable and violent...and used to intimidating people :P little did she know i can fight back!

Im off to my Grandma's house till...uh..friday? That should be fun. But i should probably post on what i've been doing...in order of what i remember

River

Went at the last minute again,was pleased to find a non awkward subject being talked on this time :P had my hands sabotaged brutally! lol mistook myself for a girl during dismissal....

Study group was a little better...mainly because there were less people. Haha the best moment was when tj, miranda, kt, and i were talking...i left for a few seconds to get a drink of water..i come back and tj is all alone :P poor tj

Plan test

It seemed like everyone was there! Took a long time but it was fairly easy. "do you enjoy counting money?" why yes! yes i do! i must be a bank robber!

ohoh got some very fun piano books! *plays with the ivory keys*

Basketball practice has been pretty fun lately, some scrimmages..starting to learn the plays

But no seriously! think about it...there are two kinds of smells in the world..good and bad! there is no "masculine scent" if anything masculine scent would smell bad!!! who would want that? i want to smell good! it should say "feminine scent, you will smell good" someone in marketing has a lot to answer for...

anyway! im updating now cause i haven't in a long time...and i might not be able to for a while..basketball you know..

Events that i can remember

1. The River two sundays ago

That was great fun...almost didn't make it though, got to listen to an incompetent worship band woot! talked to some cool people..played david in the poking game :P

2. Last Thursday

Had south heights.. met laura..played soccer woo hoo! *can't remember much*

had debate that night...tj couldn't come :( Hung out with kt, anni, and abby...heard about various cell phone related incidents "brother bob" lol!!!

i should probably start writing that 1ac...so i don't let tj down :D

3. Last Friday

don't remember much except for hannah giving me an evil look and saying "andrew, its national cupcake day"

oh and grant dropped out of latin 2...leaving a cosy group of 4 :P

oh!!! and the Desiring God conference!!!!! ammmmmmaaazing!

It went from Friday to Saturday...i came, had some pizza then listened to good ol' Pastor Piper for a few hours..christian hedonism, good stuff. Some schmitts were there, along with a scott, a tucker, a platter, a michael and various others. Played carpetball and ddr..lol no one was very good there so i looked like i could do something :P Went to "sleep" at one..woke up next day and listened to more piper and ate chocolate chip bagels YUM! way better than disgusting donuts...

then on sunday i didn't go to any youth group things cause i was feeling sick...*meow* i wanted to try backdoor

yesterday i had bball practice! saw the girls practice..they didn't seem very tired..lol they were taking free throws and cheering uproariously every time they made it :D didn't really have time to say hi to anni...but talked a bit with coach paul who is awesome :D

our practice killed us..but it could have been worse..they didn't kill us then stamp on our dead bodies. lol 12 minute run *run run run* *tweet* "oh good its done" "reverse direction we're halfway done!" *gack*

and some killers...but i think we'll make it...im carpooling with jonah woot! hehe he's a catholic..im waiting for a good chance..away from his mom..you guys can help me :D
